### How to ask

You can ask us to delete your account in either of these ways:

- Sign in, open [My Account](https://blockadebrigade.com/customer/account/) and choose **Delete my account**. It brings you to this page; then send the email below.
- Email info@blockadebrigade.com with the subject **Delete my account**, from the email address on your account. If you no longer use that address, tell us your player name and we will ask you to confirm it is your account.

### What we delete

- Your account and sign-in
- Your player name
- Your scores and leaderboard entries
- Your uploaded replays
- Your shared maps
- Your cloud saves and game progress
- Your Android tester status

### What we keep, and for how long

- **Order and invoice records**, for example a Founder Edition purchase. The law requires us to keep these for tax and accounting, so we keep them for 7 years after the purchase, then delete them.
- **Anonymous crash and launch reports** that cannot be linked to you.

### How long it takes

We act on your request within 30 days and email you when it is done. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and a game key on the account stops working.
