What happened: When a Gravity Well tries to open a well and it fails, it still waits a full recharge before trying again.

What was expected: A failed attempt should not cost a full recharge.

How often: Whenever an attempt fails.

A Gravity Well that finds nothing it can catch now tries again after half a second instead of waiting a full recharge.
