Request: clearer end-of-wave cards and fairer gold cards.

What was built:
- Tabs on the card screen and the Cards list: All, Favourite, Economy, Towers, Other. In All, a labelled bracket sits over each group.
- Every card fits on one row and shows a picture.
- Favourite Towers, Card Filter and Hold are always on the card screen, locked until researched.
- Instant Gold now gives at least 40 + 15 per wave played. Gold Drop comes 5 times a game, then stops.
- The store costs more: 150 gold for 3 rerolls, 500 for the first extra card draw, then 500 more each time. Miners cost 40% more each, and their upgrades go 150, 300, 600.
- Select a Cold Snap to see which towers it cools (they glow icy blue).
