Request: Upgrade every tower of one type at once, as far as my gold goes, instead of clicking each tower one by one.

Why: Late in a game you can have twenty of the same tower; upgrading them one at a time takes a long time.

What was built: Upgrade all, in a tower's panel. It upgrades every tower of that type, closest first, as far as your gold goes. A window lists each tower and its new level, and you can change any of them before you confirm.
