Request: Show the loading bar when starting a Custom Map or a Scenario, and make the loading screens more fun.

Why: Custom Maps and Scenarios started without the loading bar every other game shows.

What was built: Starting a Custom Map or a Scenario now shows the loading bar like every other game, and the loading screens have some fun along the way (raising hills, planting grass...).
