Request: Turn and tilt the camera with the middle mouse button, and move faster when holding the camera keys.

Why: Looking around big maps took too long.

What was built: Middle mouse drag left/right turns the camera and up/down tilts it (Shift + middle drag pans). Holding W A S D, the arrow keys or Q / E speeds the camera up the longer you hold, up to 3x.
