# Enemy parts fly into the screen when zoomed all the way in - Page: https://blockadebrigade.com/discuss/requests/65-enemy-parts-fly-into-the-screen-when-zoomed-all-the-way-in - Site: Blockade Brigade, a tower defense game for Windows PC (https://blockadebrigade.com/) - Last updated: 2026-10-20 - Text generated: 2026-11-02 08:43 UTC Board: [Feature Requests](https://blockadebrigade.com/discuss/requests) Status: Added ## dman, 2026-10-20 If armour plates can fly at the screen, why not the rest of the enemy? When you zoom all the way in and an enemy breaks apart near the middle of your view, now and then one of its pieces comes flying at the glass: - Robots, tanks and other machines: an arm or a gun slams into the screen and cracks it, then slides off. - Armoured troopers like the Heavy Knight crack it too. - Aliens, spiders and bugs: a leg or a head lands in a splat of their goo, gets coated in it and slides down with the drips before dropping away. - Small light bits like a drone's rotor just leave a little chip. The mark fades after two or three seconds. It is meant to be a rare treat: at most one piece or armour plate hits the screen every few seconds, never while you are zoomed out, and it waits while the game is paused. You can switch it off in Settings > Display > "Parts and armour hit the screen (when zoomed all the way in)" (this used to be "Screen cracks"). It is built and waiting for the next update (October 19, Eastern time). ## dman, 2026-10-20 Status: Pending → Added Added in 0.1.8.8 (Oct 19, 2026, 11:58 PM Eastern). Zoom all the way in and an enemy breaking apart near the middle of your view can throw a piece at the screen: a robot's arm cracks the glass, an alien's leg lands in a splat of goo, a drone's rotor chips it. The first piece after you zoom in always comes; after that, now and then. --- About the whole site: https://blockadebrigade.com/llms.txt
