Request: Better touch screen controls, and a top bar that fits narrow screens.

What was built: Tap a tile to place a tower there, or drag to see it just above your finger and let go to place it; the map no longer scrolls while you drag. Two fingers side by side sliding up or down tilt the view, and twisting two fingers turns the map. On narrow screens the top bar goes onto two rows (figures above, buttons below). Settings > Display > Top Bar lets you pick Auto, One row or Two rows and its size.
