What happened: Paratroopers landed inside ramps and hillsides, and floated or ran through hills on their way to the road.
What was expected: They should land on the ground and walk over it.
Steps: Let the Blimp Boss drop paratroopers over hilly ground.
How often: Most drops over hills.
What was fixed: Paratroopers land on ramps and hillsides and keep to the ground as they run to the road: up onto steps, down off edges, never floating or inside a hill.
