How to delete your Blockade Brigade account, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to ask

You can ask us to delete your account in either of these ways:

  • Sign in, open My Account and choose Delete my account. It brings you to this page; then send the email below.
  • Email info@blockadebrigade.com with the subject Delete my account, from the email address on your account. If you no longer use that address, tell us your player name and we will ask you to confirm it is your account.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in
  • Your player name
  • Your scores and leaderboard entries
  • Your uploaded replays
  • Your shared maps
  • Your cloud saves and game progress
  • Your Android tester status

What we keep, and for how long

  • Order and invoice records, for example a Founder Edition purchase. The law requires us to keep these for tax and accounting, so we keep them for 7 years after the purchase, then delete them.
  • Anonymous crash and launch reports that cannot be linked to you.

How long it takes

We act on your request within 30 days and email you when it is done. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and a game key on the account stops working.
