Clicking a full platform stack does nothing

What happened: Clicking a stack that already had the most platforms did nothing, with no message.

What was expected: The game should say why.

Steps: Stack 3 platforms and try to place a fourth.

How often: Every time.

What was fixed: A red "Max 3 platforms high" shows over a full stack, and the click costs nothing.
