Camera stops you cutting across L-shaped maps

What happened: On an L-shaped or winding map, the camera would not let you pan straight across the empty ground in the inner corner; you had to follow the map around.

What was expected: Panning across gaps inside the map is free; only the outer edge stops you.

What was fixed: Inside the map you can now pan straight across the gaps between parts of the road. The outer edge still stops you, so you cannot get lost off the map.
