Camera keys jump to top speed at high game speed

What happened: at 2x to 5x game speed, the camera keys (W A S D, Q E) and the controller stick jumped straight to top speed.

What was expected: the camera starts at your Settings speed, speeds up the longer you hold a key, and drops back as soon as you let go, at any game speed.

What was fixed: the camera now moves on real time, not game time, so it behaves the same at 1x and 5x.
