Request: Let me turn the slow frame rate question on or off before a game starts.
Why: When the game runs slowly it asks whether to switch effects off. The switch for that question was only in the in-game Settings.
What was built: The switch "Ask to switch effects off when the game runs slowly" is now also in the main menu's Settings > Display.
