Request: Tell me in the game how to cool a hot gun better.

Why: A second Cold Snap next to a gun does not cool it more, and nothing in the game said so.

What was built: The tower panel now explains it. A Cold Snap outdone by a stronger one says so: two Cold Snaps don't add up, but water beside a tower does. A warm gun's panel suggests adding water beside it.
