Request: Fix help text that gives the wrong numbers.
Why: Help should match what the game really does.
Plan: The platform help says +4% / +8% / +12%, but the game gives +8% / +16% / +24%. The Water Pump help says +15% range per water tile, but the game gives +0.25 range per tile. Both will be corrected.
