Send the full game report with every score

Request: Send all of a game's statistics to the website once, so new leaderboard views do not need game updates.

What was built: At the end of every ranked game the game now sends its full report: every tower (damage, kills, hits, crits, damage against each enemy type, sold towers too), every enemy type (spawned, killed, leaked, damage taken) and every wave (time, lives, gold in and out, enemies). It is stored with the score, ready for new pages like enemies per map and each tower's full stats.
